You agree not to share your credentials with any third party. ph36 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login details.
ph36 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of valid Philippine government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframes specified by ph36 may result in account restriction or closure.
ph36 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are as specified on the ph36 platform at the time of transaction.
All ph36 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph36 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Player.

ph36 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where ph36 reasonably determines that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has provided false registration information; (c) the account has been used in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (d) continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to ph36.
Upon termination for cause, ph36 may forfeit any account balance. Upon termination for reasons other than cause, ph36 will return any verifiable net deposits remaining in the account after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph36 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through ph36's internal complaints procedure, which may be initiated by contacting ph36 support via live chat.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
ph36 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS to the registered mobile number or by a prominent notice on the ph36 platform. The amended Terms will take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the ph36 platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
